Our client, a well established and growing company is now looking for a Body Corporate/ Facilities manager to be part of their great team and to manage an excellent portfolio of commercial clients.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial clients

  • Finance

  • Reporting

  • Administration

  • Legal

  • Meetings


You will need to following to be successful for this role role:

  • B.Com or related degree will be an advantage

  • 6+ years experience in Property / Body Corporate / Facilities Management, including:

    • chairing and minute taking of body corporate meetings;

    • organize property maintenance within portfolio; do property inspections; work with contractors; understand Unit titles Act and Regulations

  • A solid understanding of financial statements and financial systems.

  • Excellent people skills: manage a portfolio of clients; easily form and develop relationships with clients

  • Good computer skills: MS Word & Excel

  • Excellent English communication skills
