  Description: Our client is looking for a motivated and NZ experienced Survey Technician (1 role) and a Licensed Land surveyor (1 role) to join their growing team in Wellington and Auckland. As a professional land surveying practice/ consultancy, they work across the board on projects that include subdivisions, infrastructure and resource consent applications. They are highly experienced in handling all project aspects from conception through to completion.

Our client is looking for a motivated and NZ experienced Survey Technician (1 role) and a Licensed Land surveyor (1 role) to join their growing team in Wellington. As a professional land surveying practice/ consultancy, they work across the board on projects that include subdivisions, infrastructure and resource consent applications. They are highly experienced in handling all project aspects from conception through to completion.

You will have experience in Subdivisions and land use consent for a range of small to medium scale projects.

Your responsibilities will include;

Working alongside an experienced Director and Licensed Surveyor you will be exposed to a range of small to medium scale Land Use and Subdivision Survey work along with broader aspects of Residential Property Development.
The role will require strong leadership and initiative and will be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting a small team
You will have;

Extensive NZ experience in Land Surveying
12D and various land surveying equipment and software experience
Carrying out land surveying fieldwork as required, accurately and in a timely manner
Processing field data in the office to a high standard and accurately
Report on survey data to clients and councils
Discuss surveying or land development projects with clients, local authorities, other professionals
Strong attention to detail.
