Quest Recruitment Ltd was established in late 2003 having seen the need for a recruitment service that delivers exactly what it promises. It becomes very hard for larger agencies to keep adequate controls on what kind of service is being delivered at grass roots level and Heidi Boulton felt that the time had come to build an agency based on the old-fashioned belief in open, honest delivery.

Heidi, the founder of Quest Recruitment Ltd, has over 15 years recruitment experience within national and international markets.    

Shortly after Heidi arrived in New Zealand, she joined an IT Recruitment Agency and after two years started up Quest Recruitment Ltd.  Within a very short space of time, she has built the company from a start-up to a successful agency; i.e. opened a fifth branch since the doors opened in 2003; held various industry seminars for Quest clients.

She has a BA Psychology degree coupled with extensive courses that she attended to stay abreast with developments in the industry. Her vision is to build a national and international network of branches to ensure that client service and candidate sourcing is seamless between locations.

Her drive and passion to find the right staff for the right jobs, is filtered through the company and ties in with our mission: “Searching Harder, Better..”  

Heidi still loves what she does!! She lives on the North Shore and enjoys playing "tourist" whenever she gets a chance.

Shane has a Post graduate Diploma in Business, coupled with many years experience as a Business manager. Shane brings to Quest a strong background in Sales, Finance and extensive experience in negotiation and dealing with people.

He now heads up the Technical Trades Division of Quest, finding those hard to find, highly experienced Technical, Trades & Engineering Professionals.

Shane is well travelled, enjoys tramping and is in the process of completing his pilot license.  Shane has been an adult leader with youth groups where he had a chance to influence young minds.
